A broker fee of £500 or 0.5% of the loan amount if greater. Of this, a non-refundable administration fee of £195 is payable up front, with the balance payable upon production of a mortgage offer from the lender. For example, on a £100,000 mortgage this would equate to a fee of £500. We will also receive commission from the lender.
